Leasing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team.
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the leasing of our properties and assisting with the move-in process.

Responsibilities: - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Utilize property management software (AppFolio) to track leasing activities, update tenant information, and generate reports Skills: - Previous experience in property leasing or property management preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage tenant information - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and contract preparation - Basic knowledge of property maintenance procedures If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Leasing Specialist position.
