I stay to myself mostly but am also down for social fun.

Ideally, I'd like to find a room for rent or a small apartment, but I am open to options.
Like to keep rent under $900, if possible.
Nothing is wrong with my current living situation, I am just looking to relocate closer to home.

Recently, my mom has been going through health issues, and I just want to live a little closer to home (instead of my current 4 hours away).
I'd like to find something I can move into soon.
My lease expires at the end of November 2023, so I would like to find something ASAP!
Would prefer to live with another male, open to all things.
Just prefer not to live with drug users (420 is cool) and people who keep a clean home.
I'm cool with pets, even though I own none.
I need to have WIFI to work, but that's really it.
