We are looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist/Bookkeeper who is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in a fast -paced law office.
Qualified candidate will need to be proficient with Quick Books in order to process payroll, generate invoices and payments, track income and expenses, prepare general reports, account payables, account receivables, etc.
Following are some additional responsibilities and requirements of the position:
* Welcome Clients and Visitors
* Answer and Direct Phone Calls to Staff
* Schedule Consults/Appointments and Maintain Office Calendar
* Efficiently Maintain Files, Contact Lists, Office Equipment and Supply Inventory
* Prepare Documents as Needed; Produce and Distribute correspondence (memos, mailings, letters, faxes, forms, etc)
* Responsible, as needed, for confidential and time sensitive material
* Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with clients and co-workers.
* Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
