*Cenvar Roofing* has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in *Lynchburg VA.
*
*Responsibilities:*
- Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts
- Prepare and send out invoices to customer
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Assist with account analysis and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions

- Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical collection practices and procedures
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured on the company auto insurance policy
*Schedule:*
· Full-time
· Monday – Friday
· 8:30am - 5:00pm
*Benefits:*
· Competitive salary: *$45,000-$50,000 *
