*Duties*
- Answer phone and greet visitors to the office
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and provide support as needed
*Experience*
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.
