*FINANCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL* -The Central Virginia Planning District Commission seeks a Financial Services Professional to become a part of a vibrant organization serving the greater Lynchburg region.
Will be responsible for aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and human resources.
Strong accounting, payroll and governmental finance experience a plus.
Responsible for human resources functions, including recruitments, file maintenance and benefit administration.
Possess any combination of education equivalent to graduation from an accredited two-year college with emphasis on computer and business.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Three (3) years’ experience involving complex financial transactions or acceptable combination determined to be sufficient to perform the essential job functions.
