Job Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for payroll processes including the management of employee data and ensuring the accuracy of timesheets within our Commercial Service Department.
This role is also responsible for department credit card reconciliation, back-up workflow administration, and coordinating permits for our Changeouts division.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented
Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
Able to withhold confidential information within the Service Department.
