As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Receivable Administrator for our Altavista office.
Job Overview: The Accounts Receivable Administrator plays a crucial role in acquiring payment for services rendered for our commercial customers.
This position requires excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with internal partners and our customers.
Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices from invoice entry to AR reporting.
Bill customer according to predetermined contract terms.
Perform collections including customer statements and collection calls.
Create and maintain customer files including audit documentation.
Work closely with billing coordinators and accounting partners to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare accounts receivable reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Accounting and/or billing experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrate a consistent attitude of excellence and integrity in a highly collaborate teamwork environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and present ideas effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
Ability to use accounting software and Microsoft Office software.
