JOB SUMMARY:
The Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for effectively supporting Cash Flow increase by ensuring all invoices being submitted to the NTS customer base are accurate.
Will perform Root Cause Analysis on turnbacks.
Will work with Collections and Customers to resolve payment issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including compliance with governmental rules and regulations
Review invoices and process, determining root cause analysis on turnbacks
Develop training material and procedures
Report Metrics weekly
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma required; degree preferred
5+ years of customer service, scheduling, data entry, contract review, inside sales or dormant accts experience
Knowledge and experience in core business (i.
e.
, Environmental testing, Dynamics testing, EMC testing, etc.
) is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Test lab with exposure to sudden, loud noises
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
