*POSITION SUMMARY *
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, invoicing, vendor contract management, and expense review.
Works closely with the Chief
Administrative Officer to ensure operational efficiencies and cost containment.
Ensures accuracy of financial processes and reports.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
● Develop repeatable and sustainable processes for financial management.
● Ensure accurate accounts payable.
● Reconcile invoices and ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
● Review practice expenses and identify opportunities for cost containment.
● Ensure invoicing is correct and up to date.
● Maintain vendor contract management.
● Maintaining confidentiality of information.
● Assist with other duties, as required.

*SKILLS & ABILITIES *
*Education: *Bachelors in Finance or related field (preferred).
*Experience*: At least three years finance/accounting experience/business management.
*Computer Skills: *Ability to efficiently operate computers.
Comfortable with
Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Excel.
*Other Requirements: *Ability to pass required background check and drug test.
