Free pickup unwanted items. (Madison Heights)

Will pickup about any unwanted items that still have purpose or value.
Small or large lots within a few miles radius of downtown Lynchburg.
Other locations considered.
*Landfills and scrapyards are filled with usable items and it seems to me that this is unfortunate.
I have a thing about wastefullness and have time to match people with stuff they need or want.
I collect/donate/sell/buy, in that order.
