Logans Landing features a state of the art fitness center, 2,200 square foot clubhouse, outdoor grilling station with brand new pool!
Our apartments feature granite counter tops, stainless appliances, washer and dryers are included.
Most apartments have large walk in closets and some even feature sunrooms!
We are a pet friendly community with weight limits between 50 and 75 pounds at full growth depending on what floor you move into.
We have a 2 pet maximum per apartment.

Trash removal is included, while you pay your water to us in addition to the rent.
Your cable, internet, telephone, and electricity are paid directly to the utility companies and are based on your usage and what package you choose.
We do require all residents to be protected by liability insurance for their apartments.
