Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower and lawn accounts - $4,200 (Forest, VA)

Good opportunity for someone who wants to start a lawn care business.
I have 4 established accounts in Forest area and a Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower for sale at a very good price.
The accounts paid $4900 last year and I have had the accounts for years, 2 of them over 20 years.
3 accounts are residential and 1 is a church.
Total time to mow all the 4 accounts is about 7 hours.
This would be a good business for a teenager or someone who wants a part time business that can easily grow larger.
My zero turn has a 50 inch cut and it does a good job.
I would guess it has less than 120 hours on it and it has been covered or kept in a shelter.
Kawasaki engine starts quickly and runs like new.
Everything works as it should.
I bought this from the original owner and used it for 3 months last year while I got another mower fixed.
A tag on the mower says it was sold new in July 2022.
It sold new for just over $4000 including tax.
