Summary
Independently care for and manage a group of school age children.
Responsible for planning activities, assisting with crafts, setting up and cleaning area for snack, creating positive behavior management plan.

Individuals should posses at least 1 year experience with children grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Must pass background checks.
Possessing a CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Duties
Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling.
Enforce all administration policies and rules.
Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
Keep classroom and materials clean and organized.
Let the program director know of any student absences.
Provide active supervision at all times.
Requirements
Must have at least 1 year childcare experience.
At be at least 18 yrs of age
High School Diploma or GED
Pursuing College Degree in Child Development, or Education Related Field or CDA is a plus
