Job Functions
Is proficient in preparing meals for those residents that require assistance per order; is detail-oriented and conforms to any dietary restrictions as required.
Provides efficient service to residents and guests in the dining areas.
Ensure the sanitation of all areas of food service in the front of the house by utilizing checklists and signing off daily on those checklists.
Assists in maintaining the department’s sanitation by adhering to cleaning schedules and storing food properly using provided labels.

Must be able to lift weights of up to 60 pounds.
May stand or walk most of the day
Must be able to tolerate sudden variations in temperatures.
Must be able to move tables and chairs.
Must be able to push food carts up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to tend to trash weighing up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to sweep and mop large areas.
