Schedule: Requires evenings, holidays, and weekends
Job Functions:
Is proficient in preparing meals for those residents that require assistance per order; is detail-oriented and conforms to any IL restrictions as required.
Provides efficient service to residents and guests in the dining areas.
Ensure the sanitation of all areas of food service in the front of the house by utilizing checklists and signing off daily on those checklists.
Assists in shutting down the kitchen during the PM hours by working with co-workers to expedite the process.
Assists in maintaining the department’s sanitation by adhering to cleaning schedules and storing food properly using provided labels.
Assists with cold food prep.
Fills and maintains a high-volume collegiate style buffet during meal service.

Must be able to sweep and mop large areas.
