Housekeeping Supervisor

```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met - Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction - Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety regulations and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, custodial practices, and hospitality standards - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment - Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is preferred Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
