We are part of Berglund Automotive, a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Experience Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dealership's success.
You will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our discerning customers, guiding them through the selection and purchase of luxury vehicles, and maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers as they arrive to our luxury showroom with utmost professionalism.
Develop an understanding of each customer’s vehicle preferences and desires.
Showcase the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of our luxury vehicle inventory.
Arrange and conduct exclusive test drives to provide customers with a memorable experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
Contact potential customers by phone, email, and other channels to generate business.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase and to build lasting relationships.
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury sales or service a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
