com is a leading ecommerce website catalog of equipment, products, and supplies in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, who will have daily contact with customers and vendors by telephone, chat, and email regarding customer inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and occasional returns.
This is a full-time position with office hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, located in our office in Lynchburg.
No weekends, no evenings.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*
* Member of small team that handles all customer Internet and telephone requests for product information, orders, order quotes, payment issues, delivery updates, and occasional returns.
* Contacts our vendors for additional product information, order status, and shipping updates.
* Performs other administration functions as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Experience with online CRM knowledge a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Stone Edge Order Manager and/or AEC industry experience a very big plus.
* High school or equivalent'
