Front Desk Night Time Closer

Kinetix Health Club is looking for a part-time front desk night-time closer.
This staff member is a vital position within our current team as they greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym.
While providing superior customer service, building relationships with members, and ensuring the gym well maintained this position embodies the "Face of Kinetix".

*Duties & Responsibilities:* * Greet all members in a friendly manner by supplying superior customer service * Assist members with any account inquiries * Perform various administrative duties * Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner * Conduct hourly "rounds" to ensure gym floor is organized * Ensure that the gym floors are clean (This includes: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.
) * Organize the front desk and public area to present a welcoming appearance * Ensure both locker rooms are clean * Conduct closing procedures * Assist managers as needed with any further tasks *Preferred Skills & Abilities:* * Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship builder * Strong communication skills * Detailed oriented * Strong cleaning and organizational skills * Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office) * Ability to handle conflict / help resolve issues that may arise * Strong Problem Solving Skills * Able to work well under pressure * Able to juggle multiple projects at once * Must be a team player * Self-starter * Motivated * Manages Time Well * Reliable *Other Requirements:* Must be 18 years or older to apply Must hold a High School degree or equivalent CPR / First Aid Certified is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $12.
