Looking for a jack of many trades not just cleaner.
We have plenty of maids that want to work with us, we want some one that yes can clean, make beds, reset the house, but also has attention to detail, to see damage to help fix up place as clean.
To walk around a place after the guest has left and see the damage.
To before the guest comes check the grills, check for trash, check for sticky cabinets, check ceiling fans and air fryers and check for sticky condiments in fridge.
Check couches for loose change and trash/toys behind or in.
Someone who can communicate and be dependable and show up when they say and communicate when something changes.
That has a smart phone and can both send texts when you clock in and out of property and also smart phone to have google drive so we can all edit same document and update what is needed at each property as again looking form some one that can replace light bulbs, filter, basic maintenance while cleaning and only need part time work and be in or very close to Rockbridge
county.
This is part time only, looking for someone that is looking for supplemental work.
Start out at $18hr plus $5 gas per day sometimes more if have to travel more than normal but all locations are in Rockbridge county.
Slightly negotiable for highly skilled and or reporting taxes.

No need for resume but should then talk extensively about skills, experience, goals, where you live, family/home/roommate life, hobbies, time in the area, how long you spend on staying in the area.
Ideally looking for someone who has another job and just wants supplemental work and wants to not just clean but help maintain take care of, report so we can take care of vacation homes and not just be a maid but be a carekeeper with help of notes and google drive.
In short looking for some that takes pride in communication and going above and beyond and making our places as nice as possible for guests.
Most times work can be done flexible night or day and most work is Sun-Tue.
