Long Term Substitute Teacher

*Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Substitute Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the academic year.

*Responsibilities* - Create relevant lesson plans and deliver engaging instruction to students - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Manage student behavior and ensure a safe learning environment - Provide individualized assistance to students who may need extra support - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure continuity of instruction - Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to all stakeholders *Experience* - Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred - Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional strategies - Experience tutoring or providing academic support to students - Knowledge of education principles and practices - Understanding of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or other special needs is a plus - Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones *Skills* - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students' individual needs - Organizational skills to effectively manage lesson plans and materials If you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
