Vintage Philco AM/FM Radio Tabletop P713 Clock + Radio (Not Working) - $35 (Madison Heights)

This is a vintage Philco AM/FM tabletop radio with a clock.
The radio is not in working condition and is being sold for parts or as a restoration project.
The brand of the radio is Philco and it falls under the categories of vintage electronics, vintage audio & video, and vintage radios.
It may be an easy fix, but I do not have experience with fixing radios.
When I turn it on, it has a low humming sound and does make noises when the volume knob is moved.
Both dials work fine and adjust correctly.
