2019 John Deere 1023E - $15,000 (Lynchburg)

I bought this tractor new from Meade in Christiansburg.
I primarily used it for mowing and small projects.
It is in excellent condition considering hours.
I am selling because for past year or more I have hired out the mowing of my property.
The tractor has been in my garage for almost a year as I’ve been hesitant to sell it.
I have never had an issue with the tractor.
It has been maintained by the intervals called out in the service manual.
John Deere parts and fluids have always been used.
Included is: D120 Front Loader, 54D Drive-Over AutoConnect Mower Deck, Dirt Dog CLR60 Rake, and Pallet Forks.
Rear tires do contain liquid, non-toxic ballast.
Tractor has 323 hours on it.
The only thing I know of it will need within the next 50 hours is a deck belt.
For pricing I have used comparables on TractorHouse, and local tractors on dealer lots.
I would be surprised if one could be found in as good as condition as this one.
Meade currently has one similar to this on their lot; I would encourage someone looking to purchase to look at the condition of both tractors.
