GE dishwasher, not working (Lynchburg)

Model GDF520PGJ4WW Serial MH881692B 24" wide, 6 years old.
Somebody needs parts or can troubleshoot and repair this.
The lower control board has a solid green LED.
Maybe one of the 2 circuit boards, the sump switch, or door switch is bad.
The City will remove it soon if no one wants it.
