I'll do ANYTHING!! HELP!!

I am needing to hire an attorney to defend myself against false accusations.
What I have had charges pressed against me for I have great proof showing my innocence.
The public defender basically told me he didn't care and wouldn't even try to help.
I work 2 jobs now and it takes all I make to just keep myself afloat.
The deposit for the lawyer is $1500 and if he can clear this up and have it thrown out at the preliminary hearing than it won't be anymore.
If it goes past the preliminary it will be a total of $3500 which he will allow me to pay in payments monthly of $500.
I will probably move home to my mom's to be able to pay that.
I'm 26 and have been 100 % independent since I was 15.
I am very proud of myself and who I've become.
I dont want to or deserve to spend 7 months in jail for something I didn't do.
I'll do almost anything to make this money but I only have a week.
I have to have it paid by January 5th.
I can also provide my lawyers information and it can be paid straight to the law office if need be.
I have $500 of the money from what I've sold of my things.
