gov Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties The deputy clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court’s instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
Filing, data entry, answering phone inquiries and counter assistance.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; business courses preferred.
Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.
e.
typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments).
Verbal and written communications skills; Additional Considerations Automated records and word processing experience a plus.
