Overview:
A Site Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Primary Duties:
Engage customers and sell products & services.
Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
Oversee training of Customer Service Associates, LCSAs, and ASMs.
Coach and role play to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
Assist District Managers with hiring and onboarding of CSAs, LCSAs, and ASMs.
Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance.
Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily.
Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies.
Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of retail or sales leadership experience
Basic computer and administrative skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Available for traveling and overnight stays between markets as needed
Physical Demands:
Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
