How you’ll spend your day Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, supply and subcontract management (CMO), progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management, where applicable.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes or cost adjustments.
Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a generalist or a combination of Disciplines.
Your experience and qualifications Requires college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, concepts.
Analytical or Business/Organization Management Degree Preferred.
Works independently with discretion and judgment Requires working knowledge or skills developed through formal training or experience Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes / OPEX knowledge and experience with previous training Ability to resolve complex problems or problems where precedent may exist Require in-depth knowledge and experience, specifically with quality technical knowledge of virus CMO/virus production Works as liaison for Adenovirus Vaccine Facility for management of projects, specifically for virus CMO and other future Third Party as applicable.
