Being an HMC Assistant General Manager:
As an Assistant General Manager with HMC, you will partner with the General Manager to achieve a highly productive team capable of exceeding revenue expectations while also exceeding operational and guest service standards.

Assistant General Manager functions (to include, but not limited to):
Supervisory – Interviewing, hiring, training, disciplinary actions, annual performance evaluations, biweekly timesheet review
Financial – Daily bank deposits, completion of sales and marketing objectives
Guest Relations – Monitoring and following up on guest feedback and concerns, suggest and sell amenities, ensure security needs of guests and property are met
Other – Inventory management, relationship building with vendors and guests, teamwork
Required Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in hotel management, including front desk and back of house operations, extended stay preferred
Excellent team building and communication abilities
Strong organizational time management skills and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills: oral and written
Personal vehicle required
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders
Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
