*Position Overview:* As the Small Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our welding company.
From inception to completion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, and timelines.
* Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
*Resource Management:* * Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
* Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
*Budget Oversight:* * Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
*Quality Assurance:* * Implement quality control measures to uphold the company's standards and exceed client expectations.
* Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
*Risk Management:* * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
* Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
*Communication and Stakeholder Management:* * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate collaboration and trust.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in project management, preferably within the industrial or construction sector.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in QBO and Google Workspace preferred * Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.
* 10 Years of field work experience prefered.
