Essential Functions Statement(s) Responsible for achieving monthly sales goal plan Responsible for achieving monthly GP% goal plan Responsible to ensure all employees are greeting and thanking Responsible for the hiring and training of all employee in the deli area Responsible for making deli schedule according to budget hours Responsible for inputting sales and cost of goods into the perpetual daily Responsible for monthly inventories to be counted correctly Responsible for temps being taken three times per day on all equipment; Food temps taken @ 9am-Noon-6pm.
Record in Log Book Responsible for usage of various tools/forms to combat waste Use of Waste Sheet Cook Less More Often Responsible for making sure there are date labels on all food/supplies and proper rotation to ensure fresh food at all times is offered to customer Responsible for proper food portioning Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment Responsible for overall cleanliness of food service area Responsible for ordering adequate supplies and products truck to truck Responsible for monitoring and controlling waste Responsible for making sure all deli employees are in proper uniform Responsible for correctly teaching proper lifting procedures see attached Responsible for sharing first aide principles with ALL employees Responsible for ALL monthly promotions/specials posted POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

Be able to react to a fire by lifting a fire extinguisher weighing 7 to 10 pounds and move it to the fire area.
Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
