Job Overview:
Copper Fox Foundation Repair is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage a portion of our company's daily operations.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production in a niche home services environment, implementing strategies, and driving overall operational excellence.
Duties:
- Develop daily/weekly crew schedules to maximize performance, revenue and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, monitoring performance, and providing guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development
Skills:
- Proficient in analyzing profit loss statements and implementing cost-saving measures
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
