As a US Fuel Product Strategy Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit.
The US Fuel Product Strategy Manager builds the implementation strategies for both Products and Codes & Methods and the associated deployment action plan.
These plans synthesize various considerations (e.
g.
, customer needs, quality and performance, development aspects, standardization, costs, business, competitor, etc.
) to form an optimal strategy for achieving business objectives while satisfying the customer.
Your work will include: Manage the strategy and implementation of our fuel products and C&Ms based on the market place demands + business objectives.
Define the Technology Strategies (Products, C&Ms) and lead the Implementation Strategy Reviews according to FSOP 22.
Optimize our product offerings over four dimensions: business planning, customer needs, market context in close coordination with FC and cost aspects of each technology option Improve time to market of Products and C&Ms through the clear linkage of customer needs to the development portfolio and project priorities Developing Product Marketing Technical message to be used by FC Marketing function This position requires occasional travel.

com/ Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 - $202,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
