is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct initial intake screening and evaluation.
* Meet with clients to discuss treatment options and treatment planning.
* Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
* Develop behavior plans that implement the treatment plan.
* Ensure that all client records are kept accurate and up-to-date.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and issues.
* Provide psychoeducation to clients and community supports when needed.
* Offer referrals for additional counseling services when needed.
*Experience and Qualifications*
* Experience in mental health counseling.
* Experience in addiction treatment is preferred but not required.
* Experience in behavioral health counseling is preferred.
* Experience in addiction treatment management is preferred but not required.
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, &/or Psychology is required
