Lab Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lab Coordinator to join our team.
As a Lab Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations and standards, maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory processes, and supporting various tasks/duties.

Responsibilities - Conduct laboratory procedures under the order and direction of a licensened medical provider - Analyze and interpret data obtained from laboratory and state reporting - Maintain accurate patient records of procedures, results, and observations - Assist in the development and implementation of testing prepartion for state audits - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory - Utilize laboratory information management systems to organize and track samples, data, and equipment Requirements - Associates Degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Assistant with Lab Tech background - Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures; including veninpuncture, lab draws.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems and CLIA auditing - Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in a laboratory setting is required If you are passionate about working with children and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for the Lab Coordinator position.
