Registered Dental Hygienist

Our work environment includes: Small one dentist office * Modern office setting Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays - Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix, or other similar systems - Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Requirements: - Valid dental hygiene license in the state of [Location] - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix, or other similar systems - Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
