Key Functions
Provide confident, efficient, and complete care as outlined in the resident's individual care plan.
Provide for residents’ personal hygiene and daily living.
This may include providing and clearing bedpans and urinals, providing baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assisting residents with showers.
Record accurate vital signs, weights, and timely and accurate food intake in the resident’s chart.
Recognize and respect residents’ abilities.
Assist residents in meaningful ways during leisure times.
