Our Human Resources team is at the forefront of leveraging technology to optimize HR processes, empower employees, and drive organizational success.
What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop and implement cutting-edge learning initiatives.
• Assist in the design and delivery of engaging training programs that align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct research and analyze industry trends to enhance our learning and development strategies.
• Support the administration of learning platforms and tools to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer.
• Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Assist in continued development of Shentel employee onboarding initiatives.
• Participate in content development related to online learning modules.
• Assist with testing resources and process documentation.
• Other projects as assigned related to training and content development or similar functions.
What We’re Looking For: • Currently enrolled students, specifically, rising Juniors, rising Seniors, or Graduate students pursuing a degree, in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business or closely related fields.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
• A candidate who enjoys an iterative approach to project management that focused on continuous releases and incorporating stakeholder feedback with each iteration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute proactively to team projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
SharePoint or other development tool experience is strongly preferred.
