*Job Description *
*To provide mental health skill building services to adults with severe emotional disturbances by engaging the adult and family, if applicable, in weekly skills training services.

*Our Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) services will follow a strengths-based model that will help develop and build skills that will help the adult and family function autonomously and successfully.
*
*The QMHP will work with the Center for Care and Resiliency, PLLC, the clinical team in developing a Service/Treatment Plan that is focused on the adult and family needs, if applicable, and recognizing their strengths.
The plan will address all behaviors identified by the family, if applicable, adults, and any collateral information.
