For sale is my used Recording King RPH-07 dirty thirties sunburst acoustic parlor guitar.
It is in good to excellent condition.
The previous owner drilled a hole in the bass side of the upper bout for a volume knob.
I had someone fill it.
It looks pretty good but if you look hard enough you can see it.
See the last image.
It seems this has a solid spruce top (though I am not sure).
Very similar to the Justin Townes Earl model.
These with the tailpiece are hard to find.
I added a Seymour Duncan soundhole pickup wired with a 1/4 jack on the bottom.
Also replaced the cheap tuners with Gibson Deluxes!
I bought this to make a rubber bridge guitar.
I built a custom walnut/rubber bridge.
I also have the original bridge if you want to make it a regular parlor guitar.
I also put new chroma flat wounds.
Gives it a great thump!
I am open to possible trades for inexpensive electric guitars.
