Metal rhythm guitarist looking to jam or start a band (Lynchburg)

mid 20s guitarist (intermediate) looking to start a metal/ rock cover band.
A day to remember, killswitch engage, i prevail, older linkin park (crawling and numb style/era) three days grace.
Also open to original ideas and songs.
I have a house with a soon to be recording studio.
Need a lead guitarist/drummer/bass/ and singer.
Female lead singer would be pretty cool or female harmony while playing an instrument would be ideal.
Need those high range vocals.
If you know how to scream and growl, perfect.
