Parrotlet Breeding Pair (Appomattox)

We have two parrotlets, male and female that are a breeding pair.
They are not handtamed but according to their original owner have had babies in the past and were exclusively for breeding.
I have not been successful in hand taming the pair as they are too frightened of us.
The female seems the most likely to be tamed.
To be clear, these birds are NOT tamed.
They are bonded and WILL die if separated.
We have been told the female is 4 years old and the male is 1 year old.
The female is turquoise pied in color and the male is green.
We would include both birds, cage, cage items and remaining food.
We just want to find them a home who has more time and skillset to provide for and raise them.
Rehoming fee is 400 dollars.
