Adult pit/lab mix spayed (Concord)

My ex left her pit/lab mix when she went back to the west coast and I'm looking to rehome her to someone who can take care of her.
She has an ear condition that requires daily ear drops which have to be gotten from a vet.
She is house broken, crate trained and does great with kids, other dogs and livestock-horses and goats from what I've seen.
I have not seen her around cats so I am unsure of that.
She is about 3yro and fixed already.
I'm not sure about her shots.
I'm not in a position to take care of her medical needs.
She is currently eating kibbles and bits, I have a crate that can go with her and some food.
Rehoming fee of $50, the crate alone is worth more than that.
