11 mo. old Jack Russel Terrier mix looking for a better home. (Lynchburg)

B is really hoping to find a home better suited for her.
Betsy (aka B) is a 35lb, 11 month old mixed breed who was adopted out of a Food Lion parking lot when she was 3 months old.
She was a tiny thing in a bare naked crate on a cold day in February and my emotions got the best of me and I swooped her up in an instant.
She is definitely part JRT.

and this breed needs an experienced parent! B is so very sweet.

but she's an absolute, interesting handful.
SO smart.
SO sassy.
She has been raised with a 60 lb bully mix and an 8 yr old cat who is not afraid to defend herself.
B loves her sister.
They snuggle, they play.
But they play rough.

.
and she sometimes has a hard time deciding on a happy medium of what is too rough.
She also confuses play biting her sister and play biting people's hands.
This is something we have worked on for a very long time.
She knows what is bad.

but has a very hard time choosing the right decision beforehand.
B loves to meet new people.
Her little curly tail wags and she's the cutest thing in the world.
Though she is probably best suited in a home with adult children because of her habits.
She is also great with meeting other dogs but is always a little bit shy.
However, she should not live with cats.
My cat only 'puts up with her'.

and will be ever so happy without B in her life.
B also LOVES a fenced in yard.
She can quietly occupy herself for hours out there.
I love this dog dearly.

but I know I am probably not her best parent.
She connects with her people very closely.
