Pet sitting needed for male pit bull (Madison Heights, Lynchburg, Amherst, Appomattox)

Recently relocated to the area, starting a new job soon, and my current boarding plans are now in need of alteration.
Salt is 11 years old, 12 in April, looking for someone who hopefully does not currently have dogs or cats to watch Salt for roughly 4 weeks.
Very lazy dog, but can be dog aggressive with no known triggers, loves people, kids, chickens, but not cats.
