Maintenance Technician

You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk.

Apply today!Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly Responsibilities: Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Qualifications: At least 2 years of maintenance experience Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems About Company The Acree Brothers Realty Team is the Top 1% Real Estate team in Virginia and was awarded Triple Platinum and Top-Producing Team 2022.
