Wanted: somebody to team up and rent a house with me (Lynchburg, VA)

Times are tough, wanna rent a house with me in Lynchburg? About me: Mature male in my 40s, no preference in gender for house share.
I have an 8 year old daughter that will spend overnights from time to time.
Single parents with respectful child/children will be considered Very introverted.
I keep to myself and don't have too many visitors.
I would like the same in a housemate.
I work from home My credit is so-so, but shouldn't have problems with my half the credit/income check.
I would like to buy a house some day so I'm always working on things.
I don't smoke, drink or do drugs.
I'm a messy person but don't really mess up common areas.
I've had roommates most of my adult life.
Most have worked out with the occasional nightmayer story.
Agnostic White but not racist Must haves: Must have believed covid was real.
I could care less who your vote for or what media outlet you watch, but if another pandemic strikes again I don't want to live with a rat licker that refuses to wear a mask at a concert No dogs.

I Drive but if can walk why not? I plan on visiting Lynchburg from March 23-25th to visit the maker faire.
