Laundry is shared, and fully furnished.
Animals/Pets in general, are not allowed.
This is considered a boarding house.
As such, rules such as noise violations, match the city standards.
Keep in mind that other people live here.
Stay for a month, or stay indefinitely - you are welcome as long as rent is on time.
The most recent eviction must be older than two years.
Violent offenses and/or Drug Charges may or may not disqualify applicants.
