First and last months rent due prior to move in, No security deposit if furnished, $ security deposit if unfurnished or have a dog.
Quiet complex located in Washington Park/Hyde Park area with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to University of Chicago.
About me: I'm a late thirties (F) social work grad student.
I also have a beagle/hound mix dog.
Other dogs welcome.
No cats, unfortunately I'm very allergic.
